Material : Coin Pile
One of the most interesting materials I have done to date, this was a challenge with the theme “Year of the Dragon“ so I decided to do a pile of old chinese coins. I found that Substance Designer was not cutting it for accurately generating the coins how I wanted them however, so I opted for running a Blender simulation with modeled coins and using Designer to do everything else, which turned out much better.
